Cultural Tour around Andalusia

Andalusia is the largest autonomous region of Spain and is home to the majority of the Muslim artworks preserved in the Iberian Peninsula. The highlighted cities are Sevilla, Granada and Córdoba, but it’s also worth to make a special mention to the coast of Cádiz and Málaga and to the Ronda and Grazalema mountain ranges.
Program
Day 1: Flight to Málaga
The group will be welcomed by a tourist guide who will be with us the whole tour. Afterwards, transfer by coach to Granada.
Day 2: In Granada
Official guided tour of the city. In the morning, visit to the Alhambra, the most important Muslim masterpiece. In the afternoon we’ll see the city, especially the old town and the Cathedral.
Day 3: Trip to the Alpujarras.
In the morning we head for the Alpujarras de Granada, a mountainous district in Southern Spain of exceptional beauty.
* It is possible to arrange a flamenco show in the Sacromonte borough, at the bottom of the Alhambra.
Day 4: Granada – Córdoba
In the morning, we board our coach to Córdoba. Upon arrival, we’ll have a visit with an official guide to see the Mezquita de Córdoba, that today is a Cathedral and the most important spots of this city.
Day 5: Córdoba – Sevilla
We depart Córdoba en route to Sevilla. On our way we’ll see lots of olive groves. We`ll visit Medina Azahara, the Baroque church of Écija and the Roman Necropolis of Carmona.
Day 6: Sevilla
Guided tour of the city with one of Sevilla’s official tourist guides. The most important place to visit is the Gothic Cathedral erected over a former mosque. Visit to the Reales Alcázares, the old Jewish quarter and walk around the Santa Cruz quarter or the María Luisa park.
Day 7: Day trip to Jerez de la Frontera and Cádiz.
We board our coach to Jerez de la Frontera where we’ll visit a Sherry winery and we can also visit the Spanish Riding School.
We continue to Cádiz where we’ll have a panoramic tour of the city and a walk around the beautiful old town of this city, one of the oldest cities Europa’s
Day 8: Sevilla – Ronda – Torremolinos
Trip to Grazalema and Ronda mountain ranges. We can also arrange a hiking trail. Later, official guided visit of Ronda.
Day 9: Free time
Free time to enjoy Torremolinos and have a walk along its beaches. Transfer to the airport.
